In July, Indy joined her coworkers Raven and Sparrow in taking the Canine Good Citizen test. This 10-point test is open to any dog of any breed to help the dogs and their handlers be polite members of society. Dogs work on skills like sitting politely for petting, reacting appropriately to other dogs, and maneuvering through busy crowds. Professionally, it helps our dogs behave in a confident and trustworthy manner while on the job. This is an added bonus to Sparrow's NESDCA (National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association) certification. You can learn more about the CGC program here: CGC Progam Link
